LabDecode respects the rights of writers, artists, and publishers. This DMCA policy explains how to report content on our site that you believe infringes your copyright. It follows the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512.
Our own content
We write the articles, guides, and tool text on LabDecode ourselves. We also build our own layouts, logos, and calculators. Our Terms of Use explain how you may share and quote that work.
How to report infringement
Send a written notice to dmca@ezzsport9.online. A valid notice must include these items.
- Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you say was copied.
- The exact URL on LabDecode where the material appears.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not allowed by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the owner or are allowed to act for the owner, under penalty of perjury.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete notices slow things down. We may ask you for more detail before we act.
What happens next
We review each valid notice quickly. If the claim looks sound, we remove or disable access to the material. We may also tell the person who posted or supplied it. Then we keep a record of the notice.
How to send a counter-notice
If we removed your material by mistake, you can reply with a counter-notice. Send it to the same email address. It must include these items.
- The URL where the material appeared before we removed it.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the removal was a mistake.
- Your name, address, and phone number.
- A statement that you agree to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address, or for the district that covers LabDecode if you live outside the United States.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We pass your counter-notice to the person who filed the original claim. If they do not file a court action within 10 to 14 business days, we may restore the material.
False claims
Section 512(f) of the DMCA says a person who knowingly lies in a notice or counter-notice can be held liable for damages. Please check your claim before you send it. If you are unsure whether a use counts as fair use, talk to a lawyer first.
Repeat infringers
We close the access of anyone who repeatedly infringes the copyrights of others, where that applies to our site.
